Gabriela Molitor, MSc.
Clinical Psychologist
About Me
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, but I also draw inspiration from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. I have experience working with cross-cultural problems, low self-esteem, lost sense of self, depression, anxiety, unhelpful patterns in interpersonal relationships, and sexual difficulties.

I also enjoy working with people who tend to be highly critical of themselves, who have forgotten life beyond chores and responsibilities, people who feel stuck or lost in life or themselves.

I consider myself an expert by experience, and thus I attempt to undergo the same therapeutic approaches I offer my clients. I believe this has allowed me to be more compassionate towards my clients' experiences, more attuned to the therapeutic relationship, and more humbled in my perspective as a psychologist.

Due to extensive experience in the international/expat community, I pay special attention to cultural background.
